The End of the Oregon Trail
Interpretive Center
Located on Abernethy Green, the main arrival area for Oregon emigrants in the mid-1800's, visitors come here to experience the Oregon Trail journey. The 8.5-acre site features three 50-foot-high covered wagon-shaped buildings, an outdoor amphitheater, covered picnic area and gardens. Milwaukie Museum
The Milwaukie Museum is a beautiful, small farmhouse built in 1895 on Lake Road. Former owners, United Grocers, Inc, donated the structure to the Milwaukie Historical Society, Inc.. Museum of the Oregon Territory
Uncover the treasures of the historic Oregon Territory, in many

McLoughlin House - National Historic Site
John McLoughlin lived in this house from 1846 until he died in 1857. The home changed hands many times until 1909 when the McLoughlin Memorial Association saved the house from demolition and moved it from the falls up to the bluff overlooking the Willamette River. Call

Canby Depot Museum
The Canby Depot Museum is the oldest remaining railroad station in Oregon. The first steam train traveled through Canby in 1870 and rail service became the main mode of transportation for local commerce. The station closed in 1976 and was moved to its present location at 888 NE Fourth Avenue, where it is open to the public without charge, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, or by appointment.
